He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kenyatta University, a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Mugo is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and serves on several committees, including the Legal Practice Committee and the Milimani Chief Magistrate’s Bar Bench Committee. He is a skilled litigator and mediator with expertise in Corporate Law, Insolvency, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Electoral Law, Debt Recovery, and Family and Succession Law. He has previously gained extensive experience at CM Advocates LLP and Gichuki Kinga’ra & Co Advocates.
